Course description: This course focuses on helping students make healthy decisions for lifelong living.  Topics covered are making good choices about nutrition, health and wellness, building self-esteem, and managing stress.  Students will also learn strategies on how to make good decisions regarding tobacco, alcohol, and drugs.  Encouraging healthy relationships will be explored as well.
