is committed to the philosophy that all children learn best in an educational
system that values, above all things, honesty, a good attitude, being
considerate, and doing one's best. We believe in a system where learners have
the possibility of feeling successful and honored daily as good individuals
aside from their intellectual capacity.
We have high expectations for all our students .We
address our students’ needs adhering to the principle that their
self esteem has a significant impact on both learning and behavior. We
believe in strengthening our students’ confidence in themselves
through on-going multi-disciplinary teamwork, where teachers and specialists
work together to plan learning experiences that allow for individual
differences.
We recognize the importance of effective communication. We believe in
building a firm relationship and establishing strong bonds with our
community. We believe that clear values, rules, and consequences need to
be observed and applied consistently. We believe in communicating what is in
our hearts, understanding that honest, on-going communication brings on an
awareness of how we can help each other accomplish common goals.
A shared vision of excellence is one of our priorities. We believe in
promoting and protecting our key values by developing a focused curriculum.
We believe on-going evaluations of our goals provide the framework for
successful school improvement.
Above all, we believe that school education should be
something for both students and teachers to enjoy. We strongly believe
that this is the best atmosphere
for developing the feeling of wanting to know and wanting to learn.
