The School Improvement Team (SIT) is made up of members of the different constituencies at UAS; teachers, staff, students, administrators, parents and Board members. The purpose of the group is to guide the Continuous Improvement Process for UAS.
Each year, the SIT reviews data, gathers feedback and develops an Action Plan to improve specific aspects of the UAS experience. The bottom line of this work, and the focus of the group's work, is improved student performance.
