Evan Rush is the UAS College and Career Counselor and can be contacted at erush@uas.edu.uy UAS students are always eager to talk with university reps from countries all over the world. During the 2025-2026 academic year, UAS hosted colleges from the United States, Argentina, UK, Spain among others, as well as being a host school for the Latitude South Fair. We would love for you to visit our friendly and ambitious students as well as our beautifully redesigned campus. If you are visiting Buenos Aires, remember that we are only a short flight or (fun) boat ride away.

From the airport
The Uruguayan American School is located approximately 15 minutes away from the Carrasco International Airport.
From the ferry terminal
UAS is approximately 25 minutes away from the ferry terminal. There is a direct round-trip ferry (Buquebus) from Buenos to Aires to Montevideo that is approximately 2 1/2 hours. A ferry/bus combination is also available if you are interested in traveling through Colonia, Uruguay.
