Transcripts
The transcript process for the three different diplomas that UAS students are eligible to obtain:
For the Uruguayan transcript/diploma, this is administered by Ms Fraigola, the Uruguayan Program Coordinator. All questions must be directed to her. Ms Fraigola’s email is: afraigola@uas.edu.uy
For the IB transcript/diploma, this is administered by the UAS IB Coordinator Ms Mills.. The process for obtaining your IB transcript and having it sent to your university will be explained to students in April/May. The IB diploma is sent to the UAS Secondary Office in September, when it can be picked up by the student or someone in their family.
For the UAS transcript/diploma, this is administered by the UAS Secondary Office and the College Counselor. If you are attending a university in the United States, the College Counselor automatically sends your final UAS transcript to that university via the BridgeU document sending system. This is the same method that was used for your initial and mid year UAS transcript as well.
If you need your final UAS transcript sent to any other university, you may ask the College Counselor to do that for you. The university usually requires that they receive this by a staff member of the high school you attended. Requests to do this must be made prior to when the UAS winter break begins.
You may also pick up a hard copy of your UAS final transcript from the Secondary Office Secretary following your graduation date. Students receive their UAS diploma at the commencement ceremony.
